Our Promise

Far West Industries takes great pride in providing excellent customer service to our new home buyers whether it’s through the home buying process or the care we provide after you move in.

When you buy a Far West home, you will have an opportunity to attend a homeowner orientation prior to the close of escrow. At the orientation you will be provided detailed information on how your home functions, on how to easily transition into your new home and you will be asked to document any concerns you have. The Far West team will see to it that any concerns are quickly addressed so that you have peace of mind when you get the keys to your new home.

After the orientation, you will have an opportunity to score our company and our trade partners on how successfully we delivered on our promise to you. We are sincerely concerned with not only the quality of the homes we build but your experience with the home delivery process as well. The management of Far West reads and evaluates every new home customer survey and we take great pride that over the last 5 years we’ve scored a remarkable 98% (out of 100%) customer satisfaction rating.

Our commitment to you does not stop at the close of escrow. New homes are built by hand, not machined in a factory. As such, there are times that new homes require a little care after the systems have been operating for a while.

As a new homeowner of a Far West home, you can expect that a customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours of receipt of your customer service request to make an appointment to review your service need. At the appointment, our customer service professional will either fix the item on the spot or make arrangements with one of our specialized trade partners to remedy anything that is warranted.
